How can I place an order with Coastal Hair Hampers?
You can order online, just browse our website to find the hamper you are looking for. Once you have found it, click 'Add to Cart' and place your order with our easy-to- use checkout.
If you'd rather place your order by phone, just give us a call on 0401853685.
Can I personalise my hamper with a gift card?
Definitely! When proceeding to the checkout you can leave a message requesting a gift card and personal message.
Can you take my order if I wish to buy more than one hamper?
Absolutely, we would love to help you. Whether you are after two hampers or 20, we will accommodate your requests and work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Please call 0401853685 and let's chat about discounts for larger orders.
Delivery?
As our hampers are delivered by Australia Post we are unable to request or provide a time of delivery. Delivery is Monday - Friday only. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays on line or via email will not be received until the next business working day.
If you have a specific date of delivery, please advise us of this when you place the order. We will always do our best to meet the requested delivery dates however, please be mindful that if you are placing a large order, or are ordering in a busy season (ie. Christmas), extra time may be required to prepare and dispatch.
Coastal Hair Hampers cannot be held responsible if a hamper order does not arrive on a date requested at the fault of the courier company.
Late delivery does not allow the cancellation of an order.
If a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us. We will arrange for the item to be returned and another one will be dispatched in it's place.
It is your responsibility to inform Coastal Hair hampers if you believe an order has not arrived. If a claim is made that a gift hamper wasn't received however Coastal Hair Hampers can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchase to a refund or replacement.

Are my credit card details secure when I use your payment system?
When ordering online with our secure paying system, we don't see or have access to any credit card details or account numbers. For phone and email orders, credit card or account numbers are destroyed once payment has been approved. These procedures are in adherence to the Privacy Act Laws.
